Im expecting a quick run to 1300 which would be a move of only about 8%.

Weiss is correct to point out that "point moves" are pretty much not as important as they were before because even a "big point move" might be just a small percentage move.

two things will be "newsworthy" now:

1. big point or big percentage moves (100 points or 10%, which are highly probable at this level of above $1200)

2. the passing of "century marks" such as 1300 or 1400.

as I pointed out in another thread, it would not surprise me to see a consolidation at 1300. Im not saying there will be a consolidation at 1300 but I would not be surprised to see one.

Ive been expecting a run to 1300 because of the reverse head and shoulders pattern that I wrote about in my website on Oct 20th.
