Help needed for on-line sources of information

Can anyone point me to on-line sources of reliable information for any of the following?
1. World-wide annual total mining production of gold, silver, and platinum from 2000 to date.
2. Annual average cost per ounce for the above production.
3. Any information regarding the quality of the ore mined, i.e. the amount of the precious metal(s) per ton of ore mined each year.
No doubt a lot of this would vary from one mining operation or location to another, but any recommendations that would help me find some of this information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
