Joe Louis Punch Sign--Is it Real?

I have a Joe Louis Punch sign on eBay. I'm not trying to solicit buyers on the wrong board, I just wanted to know what other people think about its authenticity. The person I bought it from, I have dealt with before; he said he had the sign since the 1960s.

There are many fakes for those types of signs, but some of them are based on authentic ones.

Compare it to this one (size clarity of image, etc.)
