Another Coin Identification Help Needed

Another one of my Uncle's coins, please help idenitfy. He is not a foreign coin collectior but recieved a bag of foreign coins as a gift. I don't know if this coins is right side up or upside down. Please help identify.

Looks like China- Szechuan Y456 dollar, Yr. 1 (1912). Catalog value: $10 VG, $14 F, $22 VF.
