Pujols Chrome RC REF 5/500

How many different copies of this card numbered 5/500 is that now, half a dozen? scary this one is in a psa case.

    I guarantee it wont be the last time we see that card #5/500.

    As easy as it is too wipe of the original hand written serial number, its as easy to write another one on.

    Making it #5 means a little extra money from a die hard Pujols collector.

    The two handwritten 5's on that card look NOTHING alike.

    This is not a new example, I already have the image for this one saved from whenever it was listed before.

    There was a member of the old Beckett boards that was pretty vigilant about these and this is a list I saved from one of his posts. This list is at least three years old now if not older.

    5/500 Topps sticker #3040260 PSA 9 PSA serial #40002731 (the one currently listed)
    5/500 Topps sticker #3040227 BGS 8
    005/500 Topps sticker #3040244 BGS 9.5
    005/500 Topps sticker #3040359 PSA 9 O/C serial #30119083

    there are only 2 of these cards....

    1 numbered 5/500

    and another numbered 005/100

    THE ONLY 2 that have been around for 7 years now....

    no more no less, stop with the rumor mill please

    brumbach listed 4, so there's at least 4 that have been on-line, plus dealers have commented on being offered copies at big shows so that imo that would lead me to believe there is more....
