Is this nazi stamp worth saving? If so what do I keep it in? What value does it have?

I haven't posted on the stamp forum yet. I'm mostly over on the coin forums... I don't collect stamps.
Is this Nazi stamp something that I should keep? If so, what is a proper storage medium? Can I just put it in a coin flip? What sort of value does it have?
How does one go about selling a stamp? Ebay maybe?
At the time this was issued and used, was it a lot of postage or just enough for a regular letter? I wonder what it was used to mail...

I would imagine a canceled one in this condition is worth about $3.00 to a collector. Not to sure about selling Nazi items on e-bay, I've seen coins with Swastikas...as long as it is not a military item.
