Do you specialize in or have a particular affinity for high-grade Brown Lincolns? You certainly have some tremendous early date pieces!

Thanks for the kind words OneCent. I specialize in gem brown Lincolns although I like to collect type coins as well. As you probably already know, collecting a gem brown set of Lincolns is a diffiicult task. I don't expect to complete the set (1909-1958) because I won't be able to find the later dates (post 1933) in brown or even RB. To be sure, there are a few but there isn't a certified gem brown or better for every late date. I'll be satisfied to complete from 1909 to around 1932 or so. If I had to choose, I'd definitely say that the 23s is one of the stoppers. There isn't a gem brown 23s yet. Most of the strikes are mushy for this date and mint mark. Anyway, getting this set together has been and continues to be a lot of fun.

Hi Grip This 1913 type 1 is a pretty good strike, and I think these coins have been in these old holders since the day they were made. I love to find stuff like this...Thanks....Joe
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
I picked this up recently. I couldn't afford it outright so I had to sell a nice RB I thought I'd keep forever. But I'm not complaining. (Gotta reshoot the reverse...a little out of focus.) Lance.

Do most 13's come that well struck?
I never saw those put-a-penny or nickel before. Both are killer. Especially the buffalo one!

<< <i>Love that 1910, Bob! Think of me if you decide to sell it someday.

Thanks Lance. It's new to the stable so it will be awhile.
