Genuine "Damaged Foil" looks like milk chocolate is oozing out at the KY at the end of Kentucky.

Thinking 65 before looking at the other grades, going to go 64 due to lack of luster evident in pic. I suspect its there just not showing in pic.

No clue how to grade these. This coin has so many sharp high points, I think it would show wear after very light handling. So, I don't see any and don't think it was ever passed around. The scattered marks make me think about MS63. Either way, that is one beautiful example of engraving, patinated by 200+ years of careful storage.
