Another "I-have-no-idea-what-I-am-doing" guess, but other than a little right rub, that looks awfully close to unc. AU55?
(Could, or should, the coin be treated to stabilize the bright green stuff I see scattered around?)

AU-58, I say with much uncertainty. I love Colonials but I'm too scared to jump in.

Looks like it's slabbed. I would return it to the TPG and ask that the PVC or verdigris be dealt with.

Funny;
I bought the same coin type in Boston last weekend from John Kraljevich. Mine is in a PCGS "Genuine" holder, and I would guess mine is an XF45 or AU50 at best, and your coin I would grade slightly higher, AU50-55.
