I just look up the o-109 and the reverse of a 109 has the stem going thru the claw and this ine does not

my mistake looked up wrong page

With the chatter on the obverse, I'd call it somewhere in the neighborhood of 35-40.

Looks nice, probably 40ish. How much luster remains? Unfortunately, images simply do not compare to in hand inspection.
