    I did yard work and continued to move into our new house while my wife was at work at the hospital all day. I did surprise her with a small Thanksgiving Day dinner and wine though, so she's happy (and asleep) on the couch.

    Turkey Drumstick, a pile of Sausage Stuffing, 1 tablespoon of Mashed Potatoes, 1 tablespoon of Squash, about 10 Green Beans, 3 whole wheat rolls w/spray butter,2 slices of apple Pie w/whipped cream, 2 pieces of cinamon Apple cake w/whipped cream, 3 Vanilla frosted chocalate cupcakes.



    Yup my day of the year when I eat whatever I want. Pay-back tomorow at the gym and back to normal image

    Actually I did pretty good I did not stuff myself. I did have that piece of Chocolate cake though.

    It was a 5 layer job and each layer was good for 200 cals!

    My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
