I think you are missing a zero or two.
Dear kryptonitecomics,
Dear Sir,
There are numerous 1949 Rainbow toned coins available on the market so it is hard for me to believe you found the owner of a coin that I own. This coin was purchased from an estate and a proof of sale is available. In addition the rear of the coin has significant yellow toning which the other ones on market do not. I appreciate you notifiying ebay and the original owner, it makes it evident that your attempting to commit fraud by blocking this sale. However I do frown upon your actions and hope that you realize what you are attempting to commit is against the law.
Best of Luck

Dear millbooty,
How can you attempt to sell a coin you don't own? I have already notified the real owner of this coin and I have also notified Ebay of the fraud.

If you sell on eBay I'd put him on my blocked list ASAP so he can't mess with your sales.
