I understand some of these markets are pretty weak the last couple years. The
mid-'90's halfs have very different supplies with some being common and others
pretty tough. I believe some of the '95-D's were still available from the FED as
recently as two years ago. Perhaps this one is overpriced by CDN. It was listed
at only $11.75 only a couple years ago so there might have been a specific buy
order that went unfullfilled.

Covina Coin Co and Modern Coin Mart might be about your best bets but the form-
er doesn't seem to buy much of these the last few years and the latter never spec-
ialized in these.
