Cherrypick O' the Week - 1900-O Vam-22C1

Good afternoon, fellow vammers.

I haven't posted in a bit, but wanted to share my most recent cherrypick, which I believe to be a cleaned, 1900-O Vam-22C1. This one is really interesting since it shares the same obverse as the generic Micro-O, however, the mintmark is normal size on the reverse. The fact that its fake and cleaned doesn't mean much when it comes to these coins. I'm pretty excited about this one. Whattya think?

I agree, it has been harshly cleaned and polished, as well as damaged.

I have cherried two of them over the years, as well as one micro-O.

Congratulations on a sweet pick, as this is a very rare coin (so is the micro-O version). I agree that the cleaning does not mean much condsidering the source of the coin.

I think it is one that people overlook in order to find others. But, I really like the history behind these, so I would pick them all day long if I could. If I ever find more, I will certainly buy them. One of my two is in a TPG slab graded as VG10.
