Looks like the mint has suspended sales on these products. You think we should read anything into this other than the mint ran out?

    This subject has been debated on this forum for weeks now...although i recently heard a congressman is thinking of forcing 2009's into production. Not much time left, if that's true.

    I still think it's pretty stupid for the Mint to break the chains...someone should come up with a "plug" to put in all the albums that won't have a 2009 spot filler now! Hmmm...

    it just makes no sense that they claim there wasnt enough silver to meet demands...Most know there is a huge market on the silver proof eagles. They made tons of uncs as far as I know. They could have made proofs with some of that silver and still come out ahead.... a mystery...
