I just checked a lot (#1221) on Teletrade's auction site. They have the coin in the topic title in an internet auction on 11/25/09 in a PCGS genuine holder. I would like opinions on why this is so. Sorry I don't know how to post a link, but maybe someone could. I sure can't tell why this is so, so maybe a book on grading is in my future.

See the ".98" on the label of the holder? That means "damage," but it doesn't get more specific:

Look by the "WE" in the word TWENTY.
