I'm a little surprised myself. I believe it is genuine album toning but color is so hard to get past PCGS.
It's kind of sad, really...that a lot of NT coins are BB'd just because PCGS is going after evil doctors. I don't see this ending amicably. My guess is that toned coins will become a relatively short-lived fad. Crustiness may live on, but vibrant colors -- real or otherwise -- will go away. Lance.

Or the flipside to that arguement, toners already slabbed will command a premium and go up in value
