Kennedy halves LDS no FG??

While searching a box of kennedys for silver I happeneded across these two.

1983





1990





On the 83 there are two indistinguishable bumps of metal where the initials are supposed to be, but the reverse of the coin is weakly struck.
The 90 looks like the dies were polished to death then cleaned in acid and polished again.

Thoughts and comments welcome; any value besides face?

The 83 has too much of the "G" left to be a "no FG."
