2010 Britannia £2 Silver Bullion Coin

Strong and courageous, yet with a peaceful expression, is the new Britannia portrait for 2010.
Designed by Suzie Zamit, the Britannia image for 2009 has been replaced with a softer and less
warrior-like approach. Ever watchful and protective she is depicted with flowing hair and robes and
wearing a Corinthian-style helmet with a lion incorporated into the design. The largest and purest
legal tender coin of the UK, the Britannia bullion £2 coin is produced in .958 Britannia silver and
contains one ounce of fine silver.




P.S. - I probably will not carry the 2010 Britannia since the premium is fairly high and the demand is relatively low.

Man, I never thought they could make a coin as ugly , or uglier, than the Churchill coins... guess they proved me wrong.... ack!
