Well found this 1976d bicentennial quarter in change yesterday, haven't seen many in my change here of late, the coin looks to have some wear and been cleaned

and would IMHO most likely grade VG OR HIGHER

    never did say i could grade, all i do is take a wild guess at what the coin could grade and go with that,

    but i did put IMHO which means that i think the coin could grade that if it will or not who knows
