need a little help with this token

I picked this up the other day thought it was kinda cool and it's silver. Sorry for the real bad pics but maybe enough to help. The front says George Washington Bicentennial dated 1732 to 1932. The back say's Willys-Overland on the sides and Silver Anniversary in the middle and dated 1907-1932, and below that date it says Metal Arts Co. Roch, N.Y. Just wondering if it's rare or common or even if it's worth anything.

It looks to be a medal commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Willys-Overland Motor Company (best known as being the originator of the Jeep).

The company was founded in 1907, and its silver anniversary happened to coincide with the bicentenary of Washington's birth.

Cool medal! Looks like the Washington obverse which is used on the Wakefield medal and lots of others. I hadn't seen this one. Looks like a keeper to me. If I were trying to sell it, I'd be sure to list it where the Willys/Jeep collectors could find it although it predates the Jeep by a few years.
