Hard or impossible to attribute Bust halves below VF?

Are there some Bust halves that are hard or impossible to attribute when the grades are below VF or F?

    Not for me.
    I'm pretty sure that I can ID any Bust Half Overton variety in Good or above condition (AG would probably also be do-able for most) which is also not severely damaged.

    Therefore, to sum it up: No, F/VF Bust Halves are ALL attributable

    Below G-4, yes...other than that, no.
