A counterstamp's the best I can do for "incuse" at the moment, though the first thing that came to mind were some of those late-19th century Russian minors that had the date and some of the other lettering incuse.

Of course this has double incusity, if that's a word. (Edit: it is now, haha.) There's incuse lettering on the counterstamp but also a trace of the original incuse lettering of the host coin, around the rims.
