1954 Bugs Bunny

Well, I believe it to be a Bugs Bunny. The coin needs to be rotated for the light to be right to see it.
Is this normal??

Normal. Yes. That is to say, it is a typical 54 Bugs.

Yep it's a Bugs! All the Bugs Bunny dates have die polish, some heavier than others. The '56 is covered in die polish on the obv.
