Here is a neat cheapo I picked up raw on ebay and sent it in to be slabbed. I rarely post it. The worn die and color I enjoy. Its a MS64 with plenty of luster when viewed in hand. Check out the die chip on his head. PCGS did not think it was an error, I did not get the error designation on the label as requested.
<< <i>Robec, whats on the face of that quarter? Is that natural toning? >>
Here's another view of it. I'm fairly certain it's NT. In hand and not under direct lighting or magnification the toning is quite a bit more subtle. The coin belongs to a member ATS and is in An NGC holder.
Hmmm.....MY Choosing? Well, heres one you dont see very often! 1859 C Gold Dollar, NGC AU53 this little beauty holds the distinction of probably being the worst struck coin in US History. But, I love her anyway!

Put me in mind of my godfather's Morgan. It's been stored for many decades in a blue leather pouch he carries in his pocket.

Is that its real color? Is it graded/slabbed?
