eBay showed that screen to me, too, a couple days ago. Filled it out, submitted, and then clicked the link to leave feedback the usual way.

Because all eBay sellers have the ability to insist that the post office holds to a specific delivery date, don't you know?

Weird....I got the same feedback screen a few weeks ago and filled it out and after submitting it didn't actually add the feedback. There was no indication that it didn't leave it, I just checked the seller's feedback shortly after submitting that 'new' form and it just wasn't there. I then checked the item and it still showed the option to leave feedback. I clicked to leave feedback again and that time I got the 'regular' feedback format and it went through without problem. Since then all the feedback I've left has been in the 'regular' format and I haven't been served that 'new' format again. Hmmm, I wonder if the new format is in Beta testing or something?

They've been working on getting the bugs out of eBay since it started up, in 1995. Give them another 14 years, and maybe they'll get it right.
