You Suck! Awarded 6/2008- 1901-O Micro O Morgan, 8/2008- 1878 VAM-123 Morgan, 9/2022 1888-O VAM-1B3 H8 Morgan | Senior Regional Representative- ANACS Coin Grading. Posted opinions on coins are my own, and are not an official ANACS opinion.
The 72PD have a different look about them but 73 through 75PD are also possible if they can be found with 6 steps. 1977 through 81 have, well, had the reverse of 1977. The 1982 through 87 all had deep-dish like strikes. The 88 and 89 started to flatten out then there was a change in around 1990.
But the bigger picture here is that the obverse has such a weak strike. You need to send that puppy to me so I can take it off the market.

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
With my agreement about what others have said about the possibility of being late 90's to early 2000s, I think it look earily similar to others I have seen from that year... and with the amount of errors from 1999 out there, it just seems to fit.
Hope this helps!

Going on the basis of relief I would agree.
Thank you, its ATS now, just got the grade MS64FS...........
and then again in the mid 90's to make it flat and ugly for extended die life
so in the 70's or 80's would be my guess
