Fake 1870-CC half on Ebay

So what else is new. In this case, it's a MS 1870-CC. No MS examples are known to exist for this date. The mint mark reveals it's clearly a fake.

I've reported it twice to Ebay and no action so far.

    Perhaps my imagination, but the date seems to slope unlike a genuine specimen.
