Not worth $11k, IMO, as toned Barber proofs are quite common.

IMO it is AT. Many of the liberty seated and Barber coinage proofs and high-end toned coins are AT. Unlike Morgans etc those are, going by the number slabbed by PCGS/NGC/ANACS, market acceptable and most people do not even think/look twice.
