Hi, I have a few 1981 Grecian Formula contest forms FOR SALE.
$5 ea., or 3 for $10, includes shipping and a single lg. toploader.

I have about 20 of them left.
They all have the normal 2 pinhole size holes at top where they attached to a store display. The photos below are life size (closed size is 4-3/4" wide by 2-7/8" tall), back (not pictured) has all the small print contest rules with a spot to write your name/address etc. Also the deadline for the contest is Feb.15, 1982.
