1926 Peace shelf, PMD or real doubling

This 26 Peace has been around, and I noticed the R of liberty was a bit off, thought it was PMD, but the B and Y and some of the other letters are also a bit off. Here are the dino lites to show what Im talking about. While the R and Y have the most dramatic "something", the top right of the B has some curvesthat originate from the B while the R and Y show ridges along the top/side of the letters. So what is it, exactly, PMD, shelf, or doubling.

I get tired paddling up stream all the time, but to me this looks more like the results of LDS (Late Die State) or die erosion.
