What would the selling price of this much silver go for if i sell it $35.00 ..Also how much are silver rounds going for still in cello wrap..Thanks for your help

Just don't expect spot for it. Under spot selling to the metals companies. You'd probably make more profit on ebay. Good luck and you might want to check the PM forum.
