Needs to clear 18.00 with volume
It's nowhere close to being over bought either (matter of fact it's neutral)
and you have potential for a of nice macd crossover today ( not my favorite signal but others will be looking at it)
A dollar bounce @ .75 or a equities pullback could hamper this, but well worth watching.....................jmo.....MJ
