Please Help Identify This Coin...

This coin was part of a collection I purchased. I primarily wanted the gold and silver, but had to take some foreign coins as well. I've identified all the coins except for a few, what I believe to be, Asian coins. If you don't mind helping I have about 6 coin types remaining: this is one.

    China
    Qing Dynasy
    Kangxi reign (1662-1722)
The right hand image is upside down.

I am not sure of the mint right now. It's late and my Manchu is failing me at the moment. I am sure someone else will get it soon.

I rotated the image and then saw more clearly that it was minted by the Board of Public Works.

This is a cool yet common coin. I am not sure of the value but you might have to sell a few of them to get enough for a sandwich. I dunno, maybe a buck or two?

I found some Kangxi coins listed here. This site says $6.00 for your coin (second from top) but that seems a little on the high side. Then again, I have not been shopping around for these for a few years. If the prices are right on this site my Qing coins may have increased in value!
