The Texans were idiots for not quickly running another play after the Moats fumble at the Indy 1 yard line. I was screaming at the TV for them to run another play, even just spiking the ball into the ground or running a QB sneak. Instead they let it run to the 2:00 warning to give the Colts all the time they needed to challenge -- costing themselves (most likely) at least three points if not seven.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. Teams with a culture of winning (like the Colts) know how to play these things; teams with no winning tradition (like the Texans) often don't.

But on the bright side, if Indy keeps winning it keeps home field away from the Pats, so that's a good thing. And I loved seeing that stupid Shanahan last-millisecond "icing" of a kicker blow up in the Colts' face at the end of the first half. Get that garbage out of the game -- that stupid stunt gave three points to Houston by giving Kris Brown another shot. Do they really think NFL kickers will be "iced" by that juvenile junk?
