Leaf Spook Stories

I just purchased a complete low number set of these cards and they are as nice as I've seen. Whenever something this nice happens, I become suspect - I recall reading a post a few years ago that fakes can be determined by the dot matrix printing of the bats on the back of the cards - these cards all clear that hurdle - I'm hoping someone can point out any other red flags I should look for.

  • Good Day,
I may be corrected here, but I have never heard of this set being Counterfited. Especially the low number set #1-72. If I was going to fake any of these it would be the high number half (#72-Up) due to less distribution, but honestly don't see the this, as the cost to gear up to fake these would be astronomical compared to what you could make off of them ($1-5 each for High High Grade examples). How is the centering, if it ISN'T perfect on every card, then they are the real deal!!!
Sorry, I think yours will probably be the real deal!!
