Proof Franklin Question

I have 2+ rolls of Proof Franklins. Mostly 63's, 62's, and some 61's. I have them for basically the silver but would these be worth more than their silver content? They are not graded but are in plastic coin tubes

Not a lot more. Apmex sells common silver proofs half rolls for $139. They call them "impaired proofs", which I'm guessing means common proofs that have been salvaged for silver value and clinked and clanked around.
