1965 MS66 Cameo Dime - rare ??

I searched the auctions of both Teletrade and Heritage , going back 5 years ........and I found that only

3 NGC dimes dated 1965 in MS66 cameo were sold in that span .

That seems odd to me as there were hundreds and hundreds of S.M.S. cameo coins available in that time span .

So , what could explain the so very few NGC MS66 1965 Cameo dimes ?

Not that tough. Might be there are many more 67 CAM's Dimes usaully come high grade, even the 65's

They aren't rare but for some reason you just don't see
many '65 dimes with even light cameo. They do come
    nice though if you're patient.

yes, that makes sense ; but I see several PCGS 1965 MS67 Cam dimes each month on T.T lately going unsold @ around the 500$ level

so if the MS67 coins are more plentiful in cam then the MS66 cams -well heck ; ship me all the MS66's you got image
