????Value of 2007-W PCGS PRDCAM $10 Platinum Eagle

I am looking to sell one of these to a friend and was looking on ebay for some prices realized and can't find much of anything. Can anyone give me an idea of current value on these?

Thanks in advance!

  • What a good friend you are. Be an outstanding friend and just look the other way on the PRDCAM part and give him a good deal!

  • I am not looking to sell these, but does anyone have an idea of what the going price is for 1/10 and 1/4 platinum Eagles in original government boxes for the W burnished Unc.'s for each year 2006, 2007, 2008?

I track these on ebay, but they don't appear often, so my data may be off by a significant %, but here's my estimates:

    10th ozers:

    2006 - $320 (maybe), 2007 - $175 (probably), 2008 - $185 (probably)

    1/4th ozers:

    2006 - $650 (maybe), 2007 - $500 (maybe), 2008 - $450 (maybe)

I have no idea how long ago the most recent sales in my spreadsheet occured, and in some cases I had to extrapolate from the values that I had for NGC MS-69 and PCGS MS-69 coins.

Since I haven't studied the data recently, I was surprised that the 2006 values were so high, and I would tend to question those numbers the most.

Hope this helps. Maybe someone else will chime in.
