    I think it might be, if it is the S would be centered behind the primary D . Sometimes with in the opening of the D you can see the diagonal of the center of the S crossbar or the left curve of the upper loope of the S can be seen to the left of the upright D . But on your coin it appears the S is popping it's ugly head above the D.image
    The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
