This is an old story but that pool of cents made me want to dive in and start searching
ANA should have set up a volunteer search party! I bet there were some goodies in that pool, maybe a 69 DDO swimming among the common cents

Wow, 100 million cents! That is about 80,000 troy ounces or 5,500 lbs. Stacked one on top of another would be 61,000 inches or about 5,100 feet just shy of a mile. I believe the next boundary survey I do I will have some fun with the local real estate attorneys, and write the description not in US Survey Feet but US Lincoln Cents instead.
