How hard will PSA hit for this print mark?

Notice the "smeared black ink" in the blue circles....

I was thinking it might knock it down to a 5 or 6 but unsure. Thoughts?

6/7, they seem to be harder on ink smears than say fish eyes...

I went 6/7 under the assumption that centering L/R isn't great...
