Heritage Auctions is pleased to announce that the infamous C3a “Locket copy” is coming to public auction.
This fantastic rarity, along with over 1,000 other quality rare stamps and Postal History will be offered at Public Auction December 11-13th, 2009 in New York City at the Four Seasons Hotel.
