***THIS LOT HAS BEEN SOLD***
Disclaimer: Don't be fooled by the scans. If a card looks to be in Nm condition, you can bet that it has a crease or wrinkle somewhere.
88 cards (85 different, 3 duplicates). The vast majority of these are Vg-Ex. A very few may be in poorer condition, most notably #165 Kluszewski which looks to be G. A small amount are Ex, and a very small percentage are as good as Ex-Mt. Many are off-center, and many have wrinkles or small creases. I could see stains on the back of only four cards, 3 of which are pictured below. The 4th is very faint. If I missed any others, the stains are so light that I couldn't see them with my tired old eyes.
Most of these cards are commons, but there is a sprinkling of stars and a few team photos. I've included many scans to give you a good idea of what's offered.
The price is $110 firm, which includes delivery and a sincere "thank you." Please PM with any interest.
Included are: 4, 7 Aparicio, 11, 13, 15 Roberts, 19, 22, 25 Ford, 32, 33, 36, 37, 49, 56, 59, 60, 64, 65, 67, 70 Ashburn, 71, 73, 77, 79, 82 (x2) E. Howard, 84, 99, 101, 102, 104, 115 Gilliam, 116, 120 B. Lemon, 124, 134 (x2), 143, 150, 156, 158, 159, 160, 161, 165 Kluszewski, 171, 180 G. Bell, 183, 186, 191, 193, 196, 211, 213, 221, 225, 229, 235, 242, 243, 255, 260 Ennis, 261, 273, 277, 290, 293, 294, 305, 311, 319, 323, 327, 335, 347, 352, 354, 355, 364, 365, 372, 378, 387, 389, 399 (x2), 404, 405.
These backs are not indicative of the lot. I could see a stain on only one other card, and it was very light, much like that on #7 Aparicio. The rest have clean backs.

That has got to be one of my all time favorites and I think my goal for next year is to finally pick one up.
Nice lot and good luck on the sale.

Jeff,
In a large way, I have you to thank (or blame!) for my venture into the 1957 set. On another thread a while back in which someone was proudly displaying a Mint 9 '57 Klu, you showed a link to a very nice PSA 7. I liked that card so much that I bought it. Given my disposition toward set-collecting, I couldn't stop at just one card. Many thousands of dollars later I now have the whole set...and a mountain of debt. eesh
thanks brett
