Here are next month’s specials. Please remember that the specials need to be postmarked between November 1st and November 30th.
All specials are for in office processing but if you are going to be attending the Shriner's show Nov 6-8 or the Sun Times show Nov 27 - 29 you can save shipping to California by dropping them off to our customer service staff at either of these shows.

Collectors Club Grading Special #1
(For Silver, Gold & Platinum Members)
Half Price for All Reviews or Crossovers
50% off on all service levels for Reviews or Crossovers! Take advantage of the unprecedented savings whether you have 1 card or 100 cards to submit.
Any currently graded PSA-card can be submitted for review at half the regular price.
OR
Any card currently graded by another grading company can be submitted to PSA for crossover service at half the regular price
All service levels and any type of sports and non-sports cards are acceptable. Turnaround varies with the service level chosen.
For example, you can submit your cards for as low as $3.50, which is half the regular $7 fee (when submitting under our 100 card bulk service for cards valued under $100 each). Under our normal 100 card bulk service your cost would be 100 x $7 = $700 with this special, the cost would only be $350.00!
Have a Mantle valued at $3000? Submit it under our Super Express service for only $30.00, half of the regular fee of $60.00.
Hurry! All orders must be postmarked between 11/01/09 - 11/30/09
This special is valid for Sports & Non Sports Cards. The turnaround time varies with the service level the cards are submitted under. Crossovers and Reviews must be submitted on separate submission forms with their own return shipping. There were no year limits, just quantity and value limits.

My take with the randomness of this year's specials is PSA is trying to gauge the sweet spot in a down market for submissions.

As you can tell by my avatar I collect Basketball!!! I was hoping for some sort of tip off special this month for the new NBA season. I wish they wouldn't close these specials out for other sports.
