Does PSA now grade

Cards that are missing the foil? I see in the Frank Thomas master set there is a 92 Fleer Ultra no gold foil card listed?
Maybe I can sub these now. I think they lose alot of business in not grading these type cards? Blank backs being at the top of the list.

If they're considered errors, no- unless they slip past a grader. I had to have all of the errors from the Griffey set removed after they refused to grade 3 Griffey/Thomas Mystery Finest error designated refractors...
