When was Mylar available in 2 x 2 cardboard ?

or another Archival quality film without PVC ? I just can't remember how long ago they were offerered.

I purchased an almost complete set of Liberty Head Large Pennies all in 2x2's. They had been entombed in the 90's up until 2002 when the previous owner passed away. There were only half a dzn that had any verdigris. I used Verdigone quite succesfully on them, didn't eliminate it completely on the worst ones, but helped a lot on most. I'm not seeing any tell tale signs of active PVC damage on the others. I suppose I shouldn't be lazy and should acetone dip them all and put in new cardboard, but I'm leaning not just because of time constraints right now and ran out of the proper size. I'd like to bury this collection in a SDB tomorrow hoping that there isn't any PVC in the film. I purchased over a 100 Lge penny collection a couple years ago that were all in 2x2's that had PVC, they were entombed prior to 1964. They were all a mess to clean up, with many of them ruined from the active PVC.
