SOLD- 2009 Lincoln Coin and Chronicles Set

I just received from a relative a 2009 Lincoln Coin and Chronicles Set which she would like returned to the US Mint for a refund (they said that they are unable to replace it as they are out of stock) . Before I return it I thought I would offer it hear. There are two problems with the set. The first problem is that the Lincoln Formative Years proof cent has some spotting. However, in thinking about that problem, I would think that it should be easy for someone to get another Lincoln Formative Years proof cent by buying one of the US Mint's 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial One Cent Proof Sets. The second problem is that there is a minor scuff mark on the obverse on the dollar's plastic capsule. The Lincoln Commemorative Silver Dollar coin is fine, the scuff is only on the capsule.
