Does PCGS email the submitter when the submission has been graded?

I looked for this answer over the weekend, and I'm sure it's probably there somewhere, but I can't find it. I know I can check back on my order very easily online but was curious about an email "alert". Thanks

    The PCGS e-mail system seems to have some bugs lately. "Thank you for your order" e-mails have been very sporadic during the last several weeks, and "your grades are available" e-mails have stopped entirely.
    When in doubt, don't.

    I don't know how long it should take, either, but my grades posted on Friday and I never received an e-mail about it. I did receive the acknowledgment when PCGS received my coins, though.
