If you promise to beat the druggies from New York, we promise not to beat you like a rented mule during
interleague play anymore.
Sincerely,

Druggies in New York, Druggies in Boston, Druggies everywhere. I am sure that 99.9% of "RSN" would not be dumb enough to say what you just did. What an idiot you are But .... please don't stop, its quite entertaining

That's strange.
The Phillies are practicing for the 09 World Series and the Bosox are here in Ft. Myers getting ready for next year.
Rent that mule b!--h.
2004?
I don't recall them having a "nation" prior to that.
Druggies? What a hypocrite. Two cornerstone offensive players from Boston's CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS were on the juice (Manny and Papi). So let ye without sin cast the first stone, shall we?
The Yanks are still playing. The Phillies are in the WS. The Sox are on their couches after having been WAXED by NY in the regular season Division race and WAXED by the Angels in the DS.
If I were a Sox fan, I'd just chill. Maybe look forward to the Celtics, if that was my hoops team.
PS: thanks for assuming the Yanks are in the WS, glad RSN is rooting for us.
Edit: as a Yankee fan, I don't start threads touting how my team had a better season than the Sox. Or how my team has nearly QUADRUPLE the titles that the Red Sox do. That would be classless and petty. I know RSN knows what the Yanks are doing this year. A division crown speaks for itself. I care about the Yanks winning, not the Red Sox losing.
And man the Phillies look TOUGH.
Boy it feels great being proved right.
Steve
Matty, this coming from you brought tears to my eyes...

What a game last night. Nerve-wracking series.

Undoubtedly there are enough druggies in MLB including Red Sox players to start their own CVS franchise. I doubt that topic will ever be resolved because of Fehr and the spineless Selig.
I say congrats to the Phillies AND the Yankees for having gotten to the point they have. I'm pulling for the Angels to pull out a miracle, but winning two in NY is a very tall task. I think the Phillies may have the edge against the Yankees. If it's a Phillies - Yankees series, my money is on the Phillies.
In any event, my team is out and that's how it goes. Again, congrats to whoever the AL champ is, let's hope for an exciting WS matchup.
CYA in April.
